Stupp Bridge utilizes the most up-to-date 2D and 3D technology to produce details that are concise, CNC ready and compliant with all individual state specifications. AWS, AASHTO and all other relevant codes are closely followed making the approval process a mere formality. Stupp Bridge also uses a highly descriptive marking system that closely follows those established by the National Steel Bridge Alliance.

Among the “intelligent” components of each detail sheet, there is an associated “Bill of Material” that is electronically linked to our inventory control software, giving us the ability to check material needs and status at any moment. Drawings also include a bar code that enables labor and material tracking.
Revision Control and drawing status are strictly managed by our Engineering Document Management System providing a detailed “history” of the document.
